Welcome to Impkable LLC. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and our cleaning services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1️⃣ Use of Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of or restrict the use of this site by others.
2️⃣ Services Provided
Impkable LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services within designated service areas. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion.
3️⃣ Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients can schedule cleaning services only through our website or by calling us directly.
Rescheduling: Changing the service date does not incur any additional charges.
Cancellations: Any confirmed booking that is canceled will be subject to a fixed $15 fee, without exception, even if the cancellation occurs just minutes after booking.
This fee covers administrative and staff coordination costs.
The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
4️⃣ Payments
All services must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
If you cancel, the $15 fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
We accept the following payment methods:

✅ Bank Transfer
✅ Card payments through our website
Failure to pay will result in services not being provided.
5️⃣ Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
✅ Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
✅ Secure valuables and inform us of any specific cleaning instructions or areas requiring special care.
✅ Notify us of any hazards or conditions that may affect the safety of our staff.
6️⃣ Damage and Liability
We take reasonable care during our services. If damage occurs directly as a result of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We reserve the right to inspect and remedy the situation before accepting liability.
Impkable LLC is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damages.
Normal wear and tear.
Items improperly installed or unsecured by the client.
